Cloth witha slow hand.
Heavy washed linen, woven on wooden looms in small runs.
Visit the loom

Woven a few metres at a time.
Our looms are slow on purpose. The weft is beaten in by hand, so every length carries small changes in its slub and stripe.
Three cloths, one loom.
Heavy enough to drape, washed until it softens. Finished with a narrow umber stripe at the hem.
A looser weave that breathes in warm months and gets kinder with every wash.
Double-width cloth with frayed ends, woven in parchment, oat and umber.

Washed, worn, kinder each year.
- Wash it warm
- A gentle warm wash with a little soap. The cloth softens a bit more each time.
- Dry it on a line
- Linen dries fast in open air and keeps its weight that way.
- Iron it damp, or not at all
- Creases are part of the cloth. Press it slightly damp if you want it flat.
